Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Lakeview Building Services Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for window cleaning or related services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Lakeview Building Services Group, LLC provides commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and related exterior maintenance services. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be described in a written estimate or proposal provided to you prior to commencement.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment. If site conditions differ materially from those assessed, we reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. No work will be performed at a revised price without your written or verbal confirmation.
4. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. This includes clearing obstructions from window areas, securing pets, and ensuring water and electrical access where required. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions without penalty.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written agreement specifies otherwise. For commercial accounts, net-30 terms may be arranged in advance. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to balances overdue by more than thirty (30) days. We accept check, cash, credit card, and electronic bank transfer.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost to cover mobilization expenses.
7. Liability and Insurance
Lakeview Building Services Group, LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We will repair or compensate for any damage directly caused by our crew during the performance of services, provided the damage is reported within 48 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defective glass, failed seals, or conditions not caused by our work.
8. Safety and Compliance
All work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry safety standards. Our technicians are trained and, where applicable, SPRAT-certified for rope access work. We reserve the right to decline or halt any job where conditions present an unreasonable risk to our crew.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the specific services performed and does not cover conditions arising after completion, such as weather, construction activity, or third-party interference.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lakeview Building Services Group, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
