Residential Field Services Technician

We're hiring an experienced field services technician to run soft washing on our residential jobs across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with pressure washing and gutter cleaning on the same homes. You'll own the soft wash: the right detergents at the right strength, the method matched to the surface, and siding left clean without water forced up behind it. This isn't an entry-level job — we're looking for someone who has already done the work.

What you'll do

  • Leading soft washing on our residential jobs: siding, wood, and delicate brick cleaned with low pressure and the right detergents, never blasted.
  • Mixing and applying soft-wash solutions safely and at the right strength for each surface, and protecting the plants, windows, and fixtures around the house.
  • Pressure washing driveways, patios, walkways, and decks, with full power only where it belongs.
  • Cleaning gutters and downspouts, and spotting the leaking seams, loose hangers, and runs off pitch that need repair.
  • Running the walk-around and equipment checks before work starts, and working safely from ladders.
  • Talking directly with homeowners on site, and leaving every property cleaner than you found it.

Schedule and structure

  • Full-time W-2 employment — you're an employee, not a 1099 subcontractor.
  • Year-round work. When washing season slows, the crew moves to our other service lines — window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, snow removal, and holiday lighting — the work doesn't stop in winter.
  • Based out of Fairless Hills in Bucks County, PA, running residential routes across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • We show up on time: if our crew is late to a job, the customer gets a $100 credit. We're looking for people who take that seriously.

We work across 8 Pennsylvania counties and 14 in New Jersey, so expect real drive time some days — routes are planned in advance, not improvised.

What you need

  • Hands-on soft washing experience on homes. This is required — be ready to talk through the surfaces you've washed and the mixes you've used.
  • Pressure washing experience, including knowing when to dial the pressure down.
  • Gutter cleaning experience, working safely from ladders.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, set and climb ladders, and stand or walk for a full shift outdoors in varying weather.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable, on time, and professional with homeowners.

Nice to have

None of these are dealbreakers — they just move you up the list.

  • Gutter repair experience: re-pitching runs, resealing seams and end caps, and re-securing hangers and downspouts.
  • Roof soft washing experience.
  • Gutter guard installation experience.
  • Window cleaning experience.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay is based on your experience and what you bring with you. We'll talk real numbers on the first call — no games, no bait.
