Window Cleaning Technician

We're hiring an experienced window cleaning technician to run commercial and residential work across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is skilled exterior work — water-fed pole, ladders, lifts, and rope descent on buildings rated for it — not an entry-level cleaning job, and we're looking for someone who has already done it.

What you'll do

  • Interior and exterior window cleaning on commercial and residential properties, from storefronts and offices to Class A high-rise elevations.
  • Water-fed pole work from the ground on multi-story elevations, plus traditional ladder work where the site calls for it.
  • Operating aerial and boom lifts, and working from rope descent systems on buildings rated for them.
  • Running the pre-job assessment and equipment checks before work starts, and following documented fall-protection procedures on every elevated job.
  • Working alongside the crew on the rest of our service lines through the year — pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, high-reach dusting, post-construction cleanup, and holiday lighting.
  • Talking directly with property managers and homeowners on site, and leaving the property cleaner than you found it.

Schedule and structure

  • Full-time W-2 employment — you're an employee, not a 1099 subcontractor.
  • Year-round work. When window season slows, the crew moves to pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, high-reach dusting, snow removal, and holiday lighting — the work doesn't stop in January.
  • Based out of Fairless Hills in Bucks County, PA, running routes across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work when a property has to be cleaned outside its business hours — scheduled in advance, never sprung on you.

We work across 8 Pennsylvania counties and 14 in New Jersey, so expect real drive time some days — routes are planned in advance, not improvised.

What you need

  • Hands-on experience in window cleaning or high-reach exterior building cleaning. This role assumes you've already done the work.
  • Comfortable working at height, from ladders, lifts, and rope descent systems.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, set and climb ladders, and stand or walk for a full shift outdoors in varying weather.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable, on time, and presentable in front of clients — we tell our customers we show up five minutes early, and we mean it.

Nice to have

None of these are dealbreakers — they just move you up the list.

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Rope descent (RDS) or SPRAT / IRATA rope access training.
  • Aerial and scissor lift (MEWP) certification.
  • IWCA training or membership.
  • Pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, or post-construction cleanup experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
