My name is on every property we light.
A holiday program done right, on schedule, and completely managed.
I started Lakeview because the national décor vendors treat a property like a line on a route — a rotating crew, a warehouse three states away, and no one who owns whether your entrance still looks right by mid-December. For a manager juggling tenants and foot traffic, that is exactly the wrong kind of partner.
So we manage all of it. We design the program, we provide and fabricate the décor — trees, wreaths, garland, menorahs, and custom pieces — and our own insured crews install it around your hours. Then we maintain it all season, back it with an On-Time, Every Time Promise, remove it on a scheduled date, and store it to your property until next year. When you call, you reach an owner who can walk your site this week.
And I check the finished install myself before the invoice goes out — the roofline even, the tree full, the lobby right, nothing dark. The last set of eyes on your property is the same name that stands behind it all season.
