A note from the owner
My name is the warranty.
Commercial pressure washing done right, on time, and at a fair price.
I started Lakeview because too many crews treat every surface the same — one pressure setting, one chemical, blasted across stone, metal panel, glass, and EIFS alike. That's how a building ends up with etched limestone, chalked stucco, and oxidized panels that cost more to fix than the washing ever saved. I don't run a one-setting crew, and I don't hand your envelope to a rotating sub who'll never see it again.
When you call, you reach an owner who can walk the property, read the materials, and commit to a plan on the spot. That's why we survey every surface quickly, match the pressure and method to each one — controlled pressure where the masonry can take it, gentle chemical cleaning where pressure would etch, soft-washing where blasting would gouge — and stand behind an On-Time, Every Time Promise the restoration giants won't make.
And before any invoice goes out, I review the work myself — every elevation from lift or rope, every walkway and deck on foot. The surface I'm signing off on is the same name that's on the bill.

Done right
Pressure and method matched to each surface — controlled pressure, gentle chemical cleaning, soft-washing — so pollution and biological growth come off without etching stone or gouging EIFS. The owner reviews every surface before billing.
On the building, not on a list
An owner surveys and schedules the work — not a call center routing your building to whichever sub is free. Quotes come back fast and crews show up when promised.
A fairer price
No franchise royalty and no restoration-firm subcontractor markup baked into your number — you pay for the certified access and the right method, not the overhead.
